Template for notifying users of new listserv address

Listserv owners can use the following template for notifying their users of the new listserv e-mail address. Note that Information Systems will move all of your subscribers to the new list for you. We recommend sending this message to your new listserv address once the new list is created. Questions? Contact the Information Systems Help Desk at xHELP (x4357).

Dear members of <listservname>,

Our listserv has a new address!

Effective immediately, all e-mails to this listserv will use the following address: <listservname>@lists.wfu.edu. Previously, the address was <listservname>@wfu.edu. Please update your address books accordingly.

The new listserv system includes more features that will be useful to us, including list archives and an option to receive a daily digest of e-mails.

If you have any questions about our new listserv name, please contact me. Please direct all other questions to the Information Systems Help Desk at xHELP (x4357).
