You must run this update hubaloo an off-campus location, prior to logging into the campus network.

Required Virus Update

1.

Clean Off Possible Viruses
a. Click the link above.
b. Choose Save. Save the file to your desktop.
c. Minimize all windows and double click fixkorgo.exe.
d. When the Korgo Removal Tool opens, click Start.
e. The scan will take about 20-30 minutes. At the end of the scan, you will receive a report confirming whether Korgo was found.
f. You may delete the fixkorgo.exe file from the desktop.
g. Proceed to step 2.

2.

Apply Windows XP Patch
a. Click the link above.
b. Choose Save. Save the file to your desktop.
c. Minimize all windows and double click Windows_XP_Patch.EXE.
d. Click Next.
e. Review the License Agreement and select I Agree.
f. The patch will begin installation. Click Finish when prompted.
g. You may delete Windows_XP_Patch.EXE from your desktop.
