Computing Services - Upcoming Downtime
During the next two weeks, Information Systems staff will move computer equipment from Reynolda Hall to the Information Systems Building. Movement of this equipment is necessary due to Reynolda Hall renovations. Some significant computing services will be unavailable during this time. Please know that every attempt has been made to schedule this downtime during our regular Saturday maintenance window of 9 a.m. – noon. However, in some cases, the magnitude of the work to be accomplished necessitates a greater outage period. Following is a schedule of the move and the services that will unavailable. A full list of unavailable services on June 4 is included below.

- University Web site, including departmental, personal Web pages for students, faculty, and staff.

- All shared files stored on Acad1 and Admin2 servers (unavailable until 5 p.m.)
Saturday, May 28 at 8 a.m. – Sunday, May 29 at 5 p.m.
- E-mail (Messages will queue for delivery upon completion of this work)
- Personal and departmental Wake Forest Web pages
- Programs requiring interactive log-ins including Maple, SPSS and SAS
