Appointment Time Changes in Corporate Time Calendar
In preparation for changes in Daylight Saving Time, Information Systems installed an update to the Corporate Time/Oracle calendar on February 3. This update resulted in a time change to appointments scheduled prior to February 3 for meeting dates between March 11, 2007 and March 31, 2007, and between October 28, 2007 and November 3, 2007. Meeting times in these date ranges will appear one hour later than originally scheduled. For example, if on February 2 you scheduled a 10 a.m. meeting for March 12, it will now appear on your calendar as an 11 a.m. meeting.
Information Systems recommends that you carefully review your calendar to correct appointment times on dates that fall in the window of the Daylight Saving Time change.
This update is part of Information Systems’ comprehensive review of time-related exposures to our campus computing systems in response to the federally mandated changes in Daylight Saving Time. Additional communications may follow related to other campus computing services affected by our review or required updates.
