One Million (legal) Songs at Your Fingertips

Wonder if legitimate downloading is really that big of a deal? Read this Winston-Salem Journal story from May, 2005 .

Now you can do it legally ... and for free! Wake Forest has teamed with Cdigix, a service that provides on-demand music (Ctrax), movies (Cflix), and more to the campus community.

Now through May, 2006!

Wake Forest is providing Ctrax monthly music subscriptions FREE to all undergraduate students! Now you can download as many songs as you want to your ThinkPad AT NO CHARGE! Burning to a CD costs only 89¢/song.With Ctrax, you can choose from more than two million songs from artists on major labels and independent labels. Ctrax is partnered with MusicNet, the same company that provides music to AOL.

Still have questions? Take a look at our Ctrax FAQ.
